Fettuccine is one of the most popular pastas in Rome. As all Italian dishes, Fettuccine with ham and mushrooms is very easy to cook. The most essential thing in this course is dressing. - cream: 100 ml
- champignons: 200 g
- pasta fettuccine: 150 g
- parmesan: 50 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- butter: 40 g

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Take a pan and boil water (2 liters) Add salt . You may add more pinche of salt! In boiling water put all prepaed past. Boil pasta during 10-11 minutes. Stir it carefully.

Peel champignons ( choose any other mushrooms if you like ) and slice them. You may boil them in water. Take another pan and boil them 5-7 minutes. Or you may leave them and then just fry with other ingredients.

Take all ham and dice it. Put away.

Now take parmesan and grate it. Remind you that you may use another hard cheese if you want.

Take a frying pan. First melt butter and fry champignons. Stir carefully. After 10 minutes champignons must be ready. Add ham and mix everything properly. Add cream. Pour it in fry. Add salt, 1 pinch (or more,up to you) Stir carefully. Let everything boil.
