- spaghetti sauce: 1 jar (16 ounce jar)
- butter: 0.5 cup (sliced, divided)
- cottage cheese: 1 container (8 ounce container)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- sour cream: 0.25 cup
- sharp Cheddar cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, shredded)
