- baking powder: 2 tsp
- salt: 0.75 tsp
- baking soda: 0.125 tsp
- shortening: 3 Tbsp
- milk: 0.33333 cup
- sour cream: 0.33333 cup

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl; cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Add milk and sour cream until dough comes together.
