All the cheeses! All the flavor! Fat head dough is great for pizza or garlic cheese bread sticks. It is made with almond flour and hence gluten-free - great for the keto diet.

Ingredients

  • mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • sharp Cheddar cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded)
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded)
  • cream cheese: 2 Tbsp
  • almond flour: 0.75 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • granulated garlic: 1 tsp
  • parsley: 1 tsp (dried)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove and mix in almond flour, egg, garlic, and parsley until well combined. Spread dough onto a baking sheet and poke holes into the dough with a fork.
