- eggs: 10 piece (beaten)
- medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- mushrooms: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, chopped, fresh)
- fully cooked ham: 0.5 pound (chopped)
- milk: 1 cup
- Colby-Jack cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- crumbled goat cheese: 0.5 cup
- cooked bacon: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
