Frozen frittata squares of breakfast goodness reheat nicely for an easy morning meal.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • eggs: 10 piece (beaten)
  • medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • mushrooms: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, chopped, fresh)
  • fully cooked ham: 0.5 pound (chopped)
  • milk: 1 cup
  • Colby-Jack cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • crumbled goat cheese: 0.5 cup
  • cooked bacon: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat a deep 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
