This was the casserole my mom made every year for Christmas morning.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray (such as Pam®):
  • cooked ham: 2 cups (diced)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (or as needed)
  • slices bread, crusts removed: 7 piece
  • American cheese: 0.5 pound (cubed)
  • milk: 3 cups
  • eggs: 6 piece (beaten)
  • dry mustard: 0.75 tsp
  • salt: 0.75 tsp
