A great recipe for fresh basil pesto with just the right amount of everything. Even my husband loves it!
Ingredients
- packed fresh basil: 2 cups
- extra-virgin olive oil: 0.5 cup
- pine nuts: 0.25 cup (toasted)
- garlic: 3 clove (peeled)
- dash fresh lemon juice: 1 piece
- freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese: 0.5 cup
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
