Fruit salads are always light and tasty, but if you wish to cook the salad that will be nutritious and healthy, this recipe is right what you need! This fruit salad with crispy muesli will certainly become a real surprise for your friends and family!
Ingredients
- oat-flakes: 1 cup
- nuts: 100 g (a mixture of walnuts, peanuts cashew and other nuts you like and have at home)
- yoghurt: 200 ml
- fruit: 150 g (dried; any you like)
- vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
- honey: 3 Tbsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- kiwi: 1 piece
- plum: 6 piece
- strawberries: 50 g
- sugar powder: 2 Tbsp
- coconut: 4 Tbsp (shredded)
- melon: 2 piece

Prepare the ingredients first. The nuts and dried fruit should be washed and dry.

Mix oat flakes with chopped nuts, honey and olive oil.

Spoon the sweet mixture on the baking pan and bake in the pre-heated to 180 C (356 F) oven for about 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir every 7-10 minutes to prevent the mixture from burning. It is recommended to use baking paper for this purpose as well. Then take the baking pan away from the oven and let the golden mixture cool down a bit. Break or cut it afterwards.

Add shredded coconuts, chop the dried fruit.

Mix everything in a deep bowl.

The crispy muesli is now ready!

Cut the fruit now and mix the yoghurt with vanilla sugar.

Put the layer of muesli on the bottom of the serving dish, then cover it with the layer of fruit.

Pour yoghurt above.

Put one more layer of crispy muesli above.

Decorate the salad with strawberries, sugar powder, kiwi and other fruit you like. Enjoy the salad now!
