These game day bites are mini hamburgers that taste very similar to the popular mini fast food burgers! We make them every year for the big game, but they are great any time. They can be made ahead and frozen until needed.
Ingredients
- ground beef chuck: 1 pound
- cheddar cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, shredded)
- mayonnaise: 1 Tbsp
- dry onion soup mix: 1 pack (1 ounce pack)
- (2 inch square) dinner rolls: 24 piece (split)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Thoroughly mix ground beef chuck, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and dry onion soup mix in a medium bowl.

Spread even amounts of ground beef onto the bottom half of each roll. Place top halves on, forming little sandwiches. Place on a baking sheet or baking pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until meat is cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.
