Ingredients
- ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes: 2 piece (cubed)
- milk: 0.5 cup
- crumbled feta cheese: 1 pack (4 ounce pack)
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
- rosemary: 0.5 tsp (dried)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
