Salmon filets are glazed with gochujang which brings both spiciness and sweetness to salmon.

Ingredients

  • ounces salmon fillets: 8 piece
  • gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste): 1 Tbsp
  • pineapple juice: 2 Tbsp
  • pinch black sesame seeds: 1 piece
  • pinch white sesame seeds: 1 piece
  • green onions: 1 Tbsp (to taste, sliced)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
