Salmon filets are glazed with gochujang which brings both spiciness and sweetness to salmon.
Ingredients
- ounces salmon fillets: 8 piece
- gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste): 1 Tbsp
- pineapple juice: 2 Tbsp
- pinch black sesame seeds: 1 piece
- pinch white sesame seeds: 1 piece
- green onions: 1 Tbsp (to taste, sliced)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Whisk together gochujang and pineapple juice in a small bowl . to form a glaze. Brush mixture over salmon and place on a baking sheet.

Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds and green onion.
