- Burgundy wine: 0.5 cup
- barbeque sauce, plus more for basting: 0.25 cup
- cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
- hot pepper sauce: 0.25 cup
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 Tbsp
- prepared yellow mustard: 2 Tbsp
- country-style pork ribs: 4 pound
- onion powder: 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder: 1 Tbsp

Stir together wine, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl until well mixed. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour Burgundy wine mixture over ribs and coat thoroughly.
