This is a sweet citrus take on guacamole, but you can use any fruit or vegetables, snipped fresh herbs, crumbled cheese, and spicy pepper or onion you like. Two variations are listed below. Serve with tortilla chips, plantain chips, or cut fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- medium avocados - halved, pitted, and: 2 piece (peeled)
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- orange: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- crumbled cotija cheese: 0.25 cup
- Jalapeno: 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
- salt: 0.5 tsp
