- potato : 2 pound
- milk : 50 ml
- butter : 200 g
- parmesan : 100 g
- egg : 3 piece
- salt : 1 pinch
- ham : 150 g
- mozzarella : 200 g
- dried crust : 3 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Boil potatoes in a pan. When it is ready, put it away and cool it. Then peel it.
Blend potatoes and add salt. The flavour should be tasty.
Now add butter and milk. Stir everything properly. Butter must be soft. So take it out from fridge beforehand. Grate parmesan,add it and stir ingredients again. Instead of parmesan you may use any other hard cheese.
Add eggs, mix everything.
Take a cake tin, sprinkle dried crust all over the bottom. Put over 1/3 of potatoe substance.
Slice ham and mozzarella and put over. First ham, then mozzarella.
Again put the layer of potatoe and then layer of ham and mozzarella.
