 
Almond milk is a healthy alternative to animal milk. Any nut milk, and almond milk in particular, has a lot of healthy vitamins and microelements. For example, almond milk contains up to 30% of the daily dose of calcium! Such milk is great for keto diet and vegan nutrition.

- almond: 200 g
- water: 1 litre (or as much as needed)

Stages of cooking
- 
                                        Cover raw almonds with water so that the nuts float freely. Leave on for 4-5 hours.   
- 
                                        After 5 hours, drain the water from the nuts and cover with boiling water.   
- 
                                        After boiling water it is easy to peel the nuts in minutes.   
- 
                                        Put the peeled nuts in a blender and pour a liter of boiled or distilled water.   
- 
                                        Grind to a completely smooth state at high power. The colour should be ivory.   
-
