- eggs: 6 piece
- ½ cups frozen chopped spinach: 1 piece (drained)
- red bell pepper: 1 cup (chopped)
- ounces diced fully cooked ham: 7 piece
- egg whites: 0.75 cup
- crumbled feta cheese: 0.25 cup
- water: 2 Tbsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
