- egg: 4 piece
- tomatoes: 250 g
- zucchini: 200 g
- milk: 0.25 litre
- wheat flour: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 2 clove
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- olive oil: 1.5 Tbsp

Prepare ingredients.

Remove skin and seeds in zucchini, oil the baking form. Chop zucchini and spread over the baking form.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into pieces, spread over zucchini.

Chop the garlic, add to tomatoes.

Whisk eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and flour.

Add milk and stir.

Pour the egg mass into vegetables.

Bake in a preheated oven (200C) for about 20 minutes.
