Baked omelet with vegetables is an excellent breakfast for the whole family! And also - quick and healthy. Try this healthy omelette recipe and you'll love it!

Ingredients

  • egg: 4 piece
  • tomatoes: 250 g
  • zucchini: 200 g
  • milk: 0.25 litre
  • wheat flour: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • olive oil: 1.5 Tbsp

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Remove skin and seeds in zucchini, oil the baking form. Chop zucchini and spread over the baking form.

  3. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into pieces, spread over zucchini.

  4. Chop the garlic, add to tomatoes.

  5. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and flour.
