Sandwiches with avocado and mozzarella are so delicious! They are made only from healthy and tasty ingredients. Avocado adds tenderness, cheese makes sandwiches hearty, and tomatoes complement them with a sweet crunch.


  • whole wheat bread : 4 slices
  • avocado : 50 g
  • cherry tomatoes : 150 g
  • mozzarella : 120 g
  • salt : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Mash avocado with a spoon, add salt and lemon juice by your taste. Prepare 4 slices of bread in a toaster.

  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Grate mozzarella on a grater.

  3. Distribute 1 tablespoon of avocado on each slice. Divide the grated mozzarella cheese evenly into all the slices of bread, and put the tomatoes on top. Collect the sandwiches by placing one slice on the other.
