Ingredients
- chilled seedless watermelon: 0.5 piece (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- red onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- Fresh Basil Leaves: 1 cup (thinly sliced)
- fresh cilantro: 1 cup (chopped)
- fresh mint leaves: 0.5 cup (minced)
- limes: 2 piece (juiced)
- crumbled feta cheese: 1 pack (4 ounce pack)
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar: 2 Tbsp (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Gently toss watermelon, onion, basil, cilantro, mint, lime juice, feta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl.
