This herbs de Provence recipe was developed after looking at many different recipes. It's my version of the classic dried herb seasoning that tastes great in salads and on fish, chicken, beef, or pork. The fragrance is amazing!
Ingredients
- rosemary: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- fennel seed: 1 Tbsp
- savory: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- thyme: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- basil: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- marjoram: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- lavender flowers: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- Italian parsley: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- oregano: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- tarragon: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- bay powder: 1 tsp

Grind rosemary and fennel seed in a spice grinder; transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add savory, thyme, basil, marjoram, lavender, parsley, oregano, tarragon, and bay powder to the bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container between uses.
