This creamy sausage Alfredo pasta dinner gets some heat from Cajun seasoning, and it's ready to serve in 15 minutes. For added visual appeal, garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion if desired.
Ingredients
- ounces pasta: 8 piece (cooked, drained)
- Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage, diagonally: 1 pack (14 ounce pack, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
- heavy cream: 2 cups
- Cajun seasoning: 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese: 0.5 cup (grated)

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 10 minutes depending on shape and package directions; drain and set aside.

While pasta is cooking, sauté sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
