This cranberry relish with Jell-O is a wonderful complement to your holiday dressing. I always make it several days before the big meal so that the flavor is really full.
Ingredients
- naval oranges, peeled and cut into chunks: 4 piece
- apples: 4 piece (cored and cut into chunks)
- cranberries: 1 pack (12 ounce pack, fresh)
- strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix: 1 pack (3 ounce pack)
- white sugar: 1 cup
- pecans: 1 cup (chopped)

Place oranges into a food processor bowl; pulse 2 or 3 times until chopped. Transfer fruit to a large bowl. Repeat with apples, then with cranberries. Place all chopped fruit into the same bowl.

Stir sugar, pecans, and gelatin mix into fruit mixture until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
