When it’s too hot outside, you are thirsty like never before. Of course, pure water is very healthy for our body, but sometimes you want to please yourself with something more refined. Today we suggest you to make delicious homemade lemonade with apricots and blueberries.
Ingredients
- apricots: 200 g
- sugar: 50 g
- blueberry: 30 g
- lemon: 1 piece
- water: 33.8 fl oz (1 litre)
- mint leaves: 2 sticks

Prepare ingredients: wash apricots, blueberries, mint and lemon. Apricots are best taken sweet and soft. If you have unripe apricots, you can adjust the amount of sugar.

Cut apricots in half and remove the seed. Cut the halves of the apricots again in half. Put them in a bowl and add sugar. Slightly mash it.

Put apricots with sugar in a suitable jug size, add a handful of blueberries, mint leaves and lemon thinly sliced.

Pour chilled boiled water into a jug, mix and put lemonade in the fridge for at least one hour. Pour apricot lemonade into glasses, add ice cubes and serve.
