Have you ever tasted hot salads? If not, then you have a splendid opportunity to cook and taste it right away! The recipe belongs to the traditional Chinese cuisine, while the ingredients of the dish are quite simple and affordable for everyone!
Ingredients
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- potato: 400 g
- pork: 200 g (can be replaced with chicken fillet)
- sweet pepper: 0.5 piece (red)
- green onion: 1 bunch
- garlic: 2 clove
- sugar: 1 Tbsp
- chili pepper: 1 piece
- rice vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- oil: 2 Tbsp

Wash and peel the potatoes. Dry it with a paper towel and grate to get long thin strips

Heat the frying pan with the oil and fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes until the strips become golden. If you have many potato strips, fry them in portions. Otherwise, they may lose their golden color

Cut the pork into long strips as well

Chop the garlic, green onion and hot pepper. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips

Fry the pork in the frying pan for about 10 minutes

Add the pork to the bell pepper, green onion and garlic and mix the ingredients well

Add soy sauce to the pork and vegetables, mix once again

Add sugar, rice vinegar and mix the salad one more time. Stew on the frying pan during one minute

Add fried potatoes

Mix the ingredients and turn the fire off
