- veal: 600 g
- rosemary: 1 tsp
- water: 50 ml
- salt: 1 pinch
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- butter: 70 g

Wash the meat under cool water and dry it with a paper towel

Cut the meat into small pieces (the smaller – the better)

Put the meat pieces on a piece of foil. Add salt, pepper and rosemary

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pot of a slow cooker. Place the foil with the meat into the steamer container and add 50 ml of water to the meat

Wrap the meat into the foil and place the container above the pot of a slow cooker

Cook the steamed meat during 100 minutes. Then carefully take the meat from the foil. Do not let the meat broth to leak from it

Blend the meat with the broth and a small piece of butter to get smooth pate

Spoon the meat pate into a jar. Put the pieces of butter above the warm meat pate and wait until it melts. That’s it! The appetizer is ready! Enjoy!
