Craving hot wings but don't want the calories? This hummus variation will do the trick. Creamy, low fat, and full of flavor. Can be made as hot or mild as you like. Tastes great with celery sticks, too! It's good right away, and even better the next day!

Ingredients

  • garbanzo beans: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • Great Northern beans: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®): 0.5 cup (to taste)
  • packet dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®): 1 piece (1 ounce)
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • tahini: 1 tsp
  • garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp (or as needed)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
