- long grain rice: 1 cup
- curry powder: 1 tsp
- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
- ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
- paprika: 0.125 tsp
- pinches ground cloves: 2 piece
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
