This is my version of an Italian amaretto margarita.
Ingredients
- confectioners' sugar: 2 Tbsp
- ice: 4 cups (crushed)
- sweet and sour mix: 2 cups
- fluid ounces tequila: 5 piece
- fluid ounces amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur): 5 piece
- fluid ounces orange liqueur: 2 piece
- orange slices: 4 piece (for garnish)
- lime slices: 4 piece (for garnish)

Slightly moisten rims of four 12-ounce glasses and dip in confectioners' sugar to rim the glasses; fill each with crushed ice.

Combine sweet and sour mix, tequila, amaretto, and orange liqueur in a pitcher; stir. Pour mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish each drink with orange and lime slices.
