Ingredients
- garbanzo beans: 1 cup
- canned jalapeno pepper slices, juice reserved: 0.33333 cup
- tahini: 3 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- ground cumin: 0.5 tsp
- curry powder: 0.5 tsp
- red pepper: (to taste, crushed)

In a blender or food processor, mix the garbanzo beans, jalapeno peppers and reserved juice, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with cumin, curry powder, and crushed red pepper. Blend until smooth.
