- ground cumin: 0.25 tsp
- ground coriander: 0.25 tsp
- ground allspice: 0.25 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp (to taste)

- ground lamb: 1 pound
- slider-size rolls: 8 piece (split)
- baby spinach: 1 cup
- tzatziki sauce: 0.5 cup
