This lamb sliders recipe is a quick, easy, and fun way to get acquainted with lamb! It is best if domestic lamb is used, as it is much more mild and flavorful than imported lamb. These spices are typically used in the Mediterranean-style cooking of lamb.

  • ground cumin: 0.25 tsp
  • ground coriander: 0.25 tsp
  • ground allspice: 0.25 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp (to taste)
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp (to taste)
  • ground lamb: 1 pound
  • slider-size rolls: 8 piece (split)
  • baby spinach: 1 cup
  • tzatziki sauce: 0.5 cup
  • red onion: 0.25 cup (sliced)
  • crumbled feta cheese: 0.25 cup

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
