- water: 150 ml (boiled and warm)
- ground coffee: 1.5 tsp
- yolk: 1 piece
- sugar: 2 tsp
- cream: 10 ml (whipped)

Mix egg yolk with sugar. If you prefer coffee that is not so sweet, 1-1.5 teaspoons of sugar will be enough to make the taste of the drink intense.

Add coffee to the egg mixture, then pour warm boiled water.

Warm up your coffee on strong fire for one minute (!), stirring it during this time. Make sure you don’t warm coffee for a longer time. Otherwise, an egg yolk will be boiled. Your coffee should be dense.
