Do you dream of losing extra kilos? Then try cooking this light vegetable salad consisting of simple and healthy ingredients. If you eat this salad every day, you will lose about 3-4 kilos during a week. This stunning result can easily become a reality!

 

Ingredients

  • tomatoes: 1 piece
  • cucumber: 1 piece (large)
  • celery: 2 piece
  • fennel: 0.5 bunch
  • black olives: 0.5 can
  • Korean Carrot Salad: 100 g
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • balsamic: 0.5 tsp
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • poppy seeds: 10 g
  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • skim cheese: 100 g

  1. Chop the tomato, cucumber and add black olives

  3. Add black pepper and start cooking the sauce. With this purpose, mix olive, balsamic and soy sauce in the proportions mentioned in the ingredients section. Mix the ingredients of the salad in a deep bowl. Taste it and add salt if needed.
