Among a rich variety of recipes that keep emerging on the web these days, dishes that come with different sauces enjoy great popularity. This is because they taste extraordinary and involve unusual components. Asparagus with lemon Hollandaise sauce is one of such recipes!
Ingredients
- butter: 200 g
- yolk: 2 piece
- red wine: 2 tsp
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- lemon zest: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- asparagus: 1 bunch
- bacon: 100 g
- olive oil: 20 ml
- sesame: 2 Tbsp
- basil: 0.5 bunch

Take a deep pot and melt butter on small fire. Take a bowl and mix wine, egg yolks and lemon juice in it. Cook lemon Hollandaise cause on the water bath, stirring it until it becomes dense and smooth. Make sure the sauce is not too hot. Otherwise, it may clot. As soon as the sauce is ready, take it away from fire and add melted butter. Stir the sauce well once again. Then add lemon zest, salt, black pepper and let the sauce cool down a bit.

Slice the bacon into thin and long pieces. Wrap 1/3 of asparagus into bacon, fix it with toothpicks and fry. Then fry the rest of asparagus on olive oil for about 4 minutes, dredge with sesame and continue frying for one more minute stirring the product to give it a golden crusty cover.

Serve asparagus with lemon Hollandaise sauce separately or pour the dish with it. This depends upon your preferences and the tastes of your friends and family. Bon appétit!
