This salad is ideal for weight loss, it can easily clean your body and fill it with vitamins. You may accomplish this salad by adding cucumber and apple but it\'s up to you.

Ingredients

  • lemon juice : 2 Tbsp
  • bay leaf : 3 piece
  • black pepper : 0.5 tsp (per taste)
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • carrot : 1 kg
  • beetroot : 1 kg
  • cabbage : 2 kg

Stages of cooking

  1. rinse all the vegetables, peel carrot and beetroot. Grate all veggies.

  2. Place all in a bowl, add bay leaf and sprinkle salt, per tatse.

  3. Mix everything well, add lemon juice. Cover with a lid and put in a cool place.

  4. You may serve it or wait some time, until it becomes juicy.
