- salt: 2 pinch
- spices: 1 tsp
- ginger: 0.5 tsp (grated)
- basil: 0.5 tsp
- greens: 1 cup
- butter: 1 Tbsp
- water: 0.5 cup
- eggplant: 1 piece
- potato: 5 piece

Slice eggplant and then dip into salt water for 10 minutes. Rinse the eggplant in running water and then dice. Fry during several minutes.

Peel potatoes and dice.

Place potatoe in a bowl and sprinkle over salt and all the spices you have prepared.

Take pots and spread butter all over inside.

First place one layer of potatoes, then eggplant, greens, again potatoes and so on. You may choose your way how to layer vegetables. Bake into pre-heated to 200 C (390 F) degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
