Easy keto almond flour cookies that are gluten free too! I make them whenever I want to have something sweet with very few net carbs per cookie.

Ingredients

  • blanched almond flour: 2 cups
  • unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (softened)
  • low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®): 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • sugar-free vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
