This low-carb cheeseburger casserole with bacon is so simple to make — your family and friends will love it.
Ingredients
- ground beef: 2 pound
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- onion powder: 0.5 tsp
- bacon: 1 pound (cut into pieces, cooked)
- eggs: 8 piece
- heavy whipping cream: 1 cup
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
- cheddar cheese: 1 pack (12 ounce pack, shredded)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook beef, garlic, and onion powder in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Transfer beef to a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Add cooked bacon and stir to combine; spread in an even layer.
