This simple, homemade guacamole dip is always the first to get eaten at our barbecues. It's perfect to serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos. To prevent browning, leave an avocado seed in the guacamole until ready to serve.
Ingredients
- medium avocados: 2 piece (diced)
- ½ teaspoons salt: 1 piece (to taste)
- tomato: 1 piece (diced)
- medium onion: 1 piece (diced)
- medium jalapeno peppers: 2 piece (chopped)
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- fresh cilantro: 0.5 Tbsp (chopped)

Mash avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Add tomato, onion, jalapeños, lime juice, and cilantro until combined.
