Marinated grilled chicken breasts are both nutritional and healthy. Cooked on grill, this dish is a perfect solution for those women, who are concerned with the weight loss problem. If you take care of your health as well, then this recipe is what you need!


  • chicken breasts : 2 piece
  • Teriyaki sauce : 100 ml
  • ginger : 1 Tbsp
  • lemon : 1 piece
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • olive oil : 50 ml
  • cilantro : 1 bunch
  • lettuce : 1 bunch

  1. Remove the bones from the chicken breasts and “unfold” them

  2. Slice the lemon into semi-circles, chop cilantro, ginger and garlic

  3. Put the chicken breasts into a deep bowl and cover them with lemon, ginger, garlic and cilantro. Add teriyaki sauce, olive oil and leave for a few hours, preferably, for the night
