If you don\'t have the luxury of time to cook, choose this vegan recipe. This particular mushroom recipe is Indian style. All ingredients are absolutely available in all Indian stores. Everything is cooked in one pan and don\'t take long hours to cook. Let\'s start.
Ingredients
- coriander leaves: 2 Tbsp
- green chili pepper: 1 piece
- Powdered coriander: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 0.5 tsp (powdered)
- turmeric: 0.5 tsp (powdered)
- kashmiri red chili: 0.5 tsp (powdered)
- cumin seed: 0.5 tsp
- bulb onion: 2 piece (medium)
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- champignons: 250 g

Stages of cooking

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds. You may also crush them lightly.

Add sliced onions. Stir and saute onions on medium heat until they become golden.

Then add chopped or sliced champignons but first rinse them and dry with a kitchen towel.

Mix champignons with onions and fry on medium heat. Champignons will release water, continue to cook, till all the water dries up.

Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, green chili (sliced or chopped).

Mix the spices properly with champignons. Add salt.

Saute for a minute, then switch off. Now add coriander leaves and mix again very well. Serve this dish with chapatis, parathas or bread.
