Ingredients
- soy sauce: 1 cup
- packed brown sugar: 0.5 cup
- mesquite flavored liquid smoke concentrate: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- ground paprika: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- beef eye of round sliced into 1/4 inch strips: 1 pound

Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic, paprika, and salt in a shallow glass baking dish. Lay beef strips in soy sauce mixture in a single layer. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
