This elote recipe for Mexican corn on the cob was given to me by a Mexican friend of mine. Street vendors there sell their corn made this way.
Ingredients
- ears corn, shucked: 4 piece
- butter: 0.25 cup (melted)
- mayonnaise: 0.25 cup
- cotija cheese: 0.5 cup (grated)
- wedges lime: 4 piece (optional)

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
