- jalapeno chilies: 2 piece (fresh)
- red tomato: 1 piece
- medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- lime juice: 0.25 cup
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- cilantro: 0.5 cup (chopped)

Place tomatoes and jalapeños in a pot; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until tomatoes and jalapeños turn light green, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
