Ingredients

  • green tomatoes: 3 piece
  • jalapeno chilies: 2 piece (fresh)
  • red tomato: 1 piece
  • medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • lime juice: 0.25 cup
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • cilantro: 0.5 cup (chopped)

  1. Place tomatoes and jalapeños in a pot; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until tomatoes and jalapeños turn light green, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
