I love salsa. I always make it. I made this raw salsa recipe and brought it to work. Everyone raved. It is the best salsa I have ever had. The jicama really makes a difference.
Ingredients
- Roma tomatoes: 6 piece (diced)
- Jalapeno peppers: 3 piece (chopped, fresh)
- red onion: 0.25 piece (chopped)
- green onions: 3 piece (chopped)
- cloves garlic: 2 clove (crushed)
- fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- ½ teaspoons ground cumin: 1 piece
- jicama: 1 piece (chopped)
- tomatoes with green chilies: 1 can (10 ounce can, drained, diced)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Mix together tomato, jalapeño peppers, red onion, green onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, jicama, and diced tomatoes with chilies in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to sit at least 1 hour before serving.
