  • white sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • ¼ teaspoons salt: 1 piece
  • ice water: 6 Tbsp
  • shortening: 1 cup

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
