No rolling is necessary for this recipe! I never could figure out how to roll out a pie crust, so my grandma gave me this wonderful recipe when I was 10 years old. I still use it; it's really easy!
Ingredients
- ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- white sugar: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- canola oil: 0.5 cup
- milk: 2 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Sift flour, sugar, and salt into the center of a pie plate. Make a well in the center and pour in oil and milk. Mix with a fork, then press into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
