Chocolate chip cookie made with instant vanilla pudding.
Ingredients
- butter: 1 cup (softened)
- packed brown sugar: 0.75 cup
- white sugar: 0.25 cup
- instant vanilla pudding mix: 1 pack (3.5 ounce pack)
- eggs: 2 piece
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- ¼ cups all-purpose flour: 2 piece
- baking soda: 1 tsp
- semisweet chocolate chips: 2 cups

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. dslade
