This potato chip cookie recipe was passed down from my grandmother. They are very nice cookies with a good mix of sweet and salty flavors.

  • butter: 2 cups (softened)
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ½ cups all-purpose flour: 3 piece
  • ½ cups crushed salted potato chips: 1 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
