A classic Negroni is a triad of equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. The sbagliato—Italian for “mistaken”—subs prosecco for the gin for a balanced, pleasantly bitter spritzer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Campari: 1 piece
- 1/2 cups sweet vermouth: 1 piece
- (750-ml) bottle prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled: 1 piece
