A very pleasing Champagne punch with sherbet, orange juice, and ginger ale. It's colorful, delicious, and will really get a party going!
Ingredients
- quart orange sherbet: 1 piece
- quarts fresh orange juice, chilled: 2 piece
- (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled: 1 piece
- champagne, chilled: 2 bottles (750 milliliter bottles)

Place sherbet block in the center of a large punch bowl. Pour orange juice over top, followed by ginger ale and Champagne. Stir gently to mix liquids until top of punch begins to foam. Serve immediately.
